"Excelente hotel. Queda exactamente al frente del parque Universal. Para poder llegar allí súper accesible ya que hay un tren que pasa por el mismo frente. Lugares de comer cerca. La hospitalidad de los empleados es increíble. Al llegar huele rico. Todo muy limpio y organizado. Hotel grande al igual que la habitación. Lo súper recomiendo. Mi pareja y yo viajamos desde Puerto Rico a Japón y realmente nos llevamos tremenda experiencia enriquecedora. Me volvería a quedar más noches este hotel. "

"Our room was really nice. Double sinks, heated toilet seat. And it was so close to Universal City Walk. I think the only thing I would critique are the elevators. The walls were run down and the lights inside were constantly changing to the point where I would get dizzy. Other than that, it was very easy and convenient with lovely views of the water."

Enjoyed the window view, easy access to USJ, CityWalk, and Expo, complimentary spa, and the breakfast buffet was worth trying, especially the custom seafood bowl, simmered beef with tofu soup, and kushikatsu (fried skewers) assortment. Oh, and don’t forget to try their gelatos at their attached cafe! "
