「The building is in bad shape. When you get there it look a little scary but once you go in it is very clean. Being clean is the most important thing to me. The stove is dated and the bathroom door looks like it has a lot of water stains. The bathroom door does not close all of the way. But one last thing is that the apartment as very clean and comfortable. 」

「This was a small room. Fine for one person, but could be a nuisance for a pair if they have significant luggage. The shower is cramped. Easy to get in. I didn't initially realize there were more supplies in the office downstairs (soap, creamer, etc.). There is also a general store & gas less than a mile to the west.
