I don’t often actually talk to hotel staff often beyond normal checking in/out but had a few interactions with them here and they were actually some of the kindest human strangers I’ve met. I had some issues with my flight/rental car and arrived very late to the property. ..."

No one wanted to leave
"This home was a joy to stay in. Beautiful view. A bit further from the park than desired but at a more reasonable price than others. No central air conditioning so be aware. The TV is pretty small too. And no traditional sized cereal bowls. And poor shower water pressure. However everything else ..."
