"Great experience, extremely peaceful. Would strongly encourage others to go. Please note if you are taking a bus like I did and you arrive before check in, it is about a 20 minute walk to the closest restaurants."

"Staff was extremely helpful. As soon as the taxi arrive at the entrance, staff was ready to greet us, help with the luggage, drinks, and check-in process They have a shuttle that pick people up from Odawara station and Gora station that we did not use. We did use it to get from hotel to Gora station though Breakfast is good. Dinner was also great but both nights had similar dinner"

"Excellent location!! Super close to Gora station, which is where the Hakone railway ends and The Hakone Loop starts. Multiple bus stops near and food options as well. Property had everything you could want. Public/private onsen, big breakfast buffet selection, and tons of space to hang out and relax. Free snacks and beer every evening as well. Recommend"
