"This was a perfect experience for what we wanted. Carla is amazing. Pick up was easy. She arranged a rental for us to use. The lodge was secluded (which we loved and wanted). "This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are large and clean. Breakfast had all the necessary items. The restaurant was always clean. The hotel Staff is wonderful. Shout out to Paulina who was so helpful to us when our tour company fell short on the tours of the island and national parks we purchased. She actually intervened on our behalf and got them to provide what we had paid for. All Staff were kind and helpful. The pool is beautiful. If I were to go back to Easter Island I would stay here again. "
