"This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in memory This is nothing like Novotel in Europe. It’s like comparing 10 year old Peugeot 205 to the latest BYD limousine. Excellent breakfast, luxurious room with a Japanese type Super Loo Even has free laundry machines and dryers and detergent and stain remover is provided for free. Extremely courteous and helpful staff."

"This property is a new hotel with modern facilities, welcome cookies is available, very nice one. However, the air-condition is not friendly enough as we got very hot in the room, the room temperature is around 27-28 degree. Hereby, I would like to express my thank you to Ms. Melody Yao, who is the duty manager of this hotel. She is willing to help and shows me another room for replacement. I think I will choose this hotel for my next stay because of the kindness of Melody. "
