"A/c was broken, room was sweltering. Fortunately the windows opened. Receptionist got quite cross when we had to chase him for more pillows for the bed, which was a bit of a shock. The pool was freezing but it was very hot so it was quite refreshing. We didn't have breakfast but a Caesar's salad ..."
