Though there were a lot of homeless in the vicinity that's probably normal for properties so near to a main railway station. Very helpful and friendly staff and very close to the main food street on that side of the track and 5 mins from the old town and its food mkt over the line.

I have used Novotel in other places several times. And this fact is the main reason that I stayed at this hotel. As expected, the facility was nice and better than I expected. I was concerned of its old facility, but this does not provide any problem. The facility itself can endure next 10 years without problem. There are two things to criticize though. 1. The room cleaning is not in good level. The cups and glasses in my room are not cleaned regularly. One of the glasses had it own oder without changing or cleaning during my stay (= 1 week). 2. The shower heads need the replacement. Other than these two, I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. It was calm, clean, a nice location, inexpensive, and nice people in front.

Nah zum Bahnhof und direkt gegenüber der ZOB gelegen. Innenstadt auch zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang. Zimmer einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Betten bequem. Teppich etwas abgenutzt.

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, die Zimmer sind praktischerweise mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Der Bahnhof und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe. Leider ist es nachts dort immer sehr laut draußen, dass man trotz Schallisolierung nur schwer schlafen kann . Das liegt natürlich nicht am Hotel, aber es wäre der einzige Grund für mich beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel zu wählen. Ich war drei Mal dort und es war leider jedes Mal unerträglich laut nachts durch Huperei, Schreierei, Polizeieinsätze, Krankenwagen rings um den Bahnhof. Sehr schade.

Morgenmad og parkering var højdepunkterne

Hotellet fremstod desværre noget slidt, og både værelset, møblerne og gardinerne bar præg af alder. Det gav ikke den mest indbydende oplevelse, og der kunne virkelig være brug for en opgradering. Til gengæld var morgenmaden en positiv overraskelse – god og varieret med noget for enhver smag. Parkeringen fungerede også upåklageligt. Der var et parkeringshus lige ved hotellet, og prisen på 8 euro pr. døgn var meget rimelig.

Det er nu vores 8 besøg de seneste 12 år, og vi har været super glade for værelserne, men efterhånden som vores børn blev ældre, bliver værelserne for små. Lækkert med badekar Super tæt på indkøb, gågade og banegård. Vi har altid valgt selv at hente div. morgenmad på banegården

Själva hotellet var bra, rymliga rum och trevlig personal men området var sådär, låg precis vid centralstationen där det passerade mkt folk, en hel del uteliggare och polisen var där ofta. Gångavstånd till stan så det var bra, bara lite osäkert område precis vid hotellet
