Beaut apartment in Hannover

This is a tidy, cute and homely apartment in Hannovers quiet outskirts. Full of travel curios (and a hilarious graffiti bathroom - you’re encouraged to contribute to) and just minutes drive to the old city, it’s very comfortable and character-filled little spot. Host Tobias prides himself on creating the feel of a “place owned by an old friend, who offers you to crash at” and it’s a clever and effective tactic. Indeed, Tobias is chatty, friendly and always helpful just like an old German university pal you never had… but thoroughly wish you did. If you’re into that blend of the familiar and exotic.. then look no further.

Great neighborhood, helpful host

We enjoyed our stay here. The only drawback was climbing 85 steps while being 70+ years old with suitcases!! Tobias answered every question almost immediately. Had a nice supply of info pamphlets handy.

Wir können nur von einer Buchung abraten

Die Betten waren nicht zumutbar. Die Matratzen waren viel zu weich. Wir sind nicht wählerisch, aber da war uns allen Vieren klar, dass wir auf diesen Matratzen und mit diesen dünnen und unbequemen Kissen nicht schlafen können.Ebenfalls, wie erwähnt, hat uns das Problem der nicht abschliessbaren Toiletten und badtür gestört. Wir bevorzugen die Privatsphäre.Die Reinigung war ebenfalls eher eine sichtreinigung. Staub auf Bildern und Schränken lag seit Monaten dort. Ebenfalls waren die Ecken und stellen außerhalb der Augenhöhe nicht sonderlich beachtet worden.Uns wurde eine Rückerstattung angeboten. Leider ist diese bis heute nicht eingegangen.Wir können die Wohnung für vier Erwachsende nicht empfehlen und können von einer Buchung nur abraten.Wir mussten leider in ein Hotel umziehen, welches unsere Kosten noch in die Höhe getrieben hat.Schade.

Sehr nette Altbau-Wohnung im 4. OG. Etwas modernisierungsbedürftig, aber technisch in Ordnung und sauber. Sehr netter Eigentümer mit super Erreichbarkeit und extrem hilfsbereit. Besser kann man nicht für seine Kunden da sein! Kein Aufzug, der Aufstieg ist mit Gepäck spannend 😜

Überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, fußläufig vom Lister Platz in wenigen Gehminten erreichbar - 2 Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Ideal für einen Städtetrip. Wir sind zu dritt angereist und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Zoo und das Expo- Gelände sind ebenfalls mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke 😀

Familienwochenende in entspannter Atmosphäre

Es war alles so, wie wir es uns als Familie gewünscht haben. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, alles was es braucht vorhanden und ganz gemütlich eingerichtet. Habe mich im positiven Sinne ein bißchen an Studenten-WG-Zeiten in Hannover zurück versetzt gefühlt.

Tobias is a great host. He is responsive and accommodating. His apartment was very clean with everything we needed. It is located in a charming and family friendly neighborhood. The apartment is on the top floor and has its own decorating style, younger groups of people will appreciate it more.

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip nach Hannover

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in Hannover auf Verwandtenbesuch. Dafür war die Wohnung perfekt. Mitten in List gelegen hat sowohl die Wohnung, als auch die Umgebung alles, was man braucht!
