“Hotel is clean and staff are helpful. Not much option for breakfast thou. Location is about 10mins by uber to downtwon, but definitely a lovely place to stay if u looking for a quiet area”

“I can’t express enough our pleasure in staying at the Nam Hai Hotel. We stayed initially for 1 night and then left for 4 days to do the Ha Giang Loop. We made a reservation for our return and they were kind enough to store our large luggage while we were gone.

"We had a wonderful time staying at Grand Hotel du Lac Hanoi. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay. We had a mocktail at the sky bar and it was very delicious. Forgot what it’s called but it has dragon fruit, mango with hibiscus tea. "
"We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi."
