Building is surrounded by small alley but location is excellent Close to Westlake, where lots of cafe and restaurants Also 24hr shops just around the corner It you getting a taxi or grab, come up with 'Crescent studio& cafe' Place is clean, everything working Host willing to help, even print out my flight boarding pass for me

Super Amazing stay, location was in a safe and not so noisy part of hanoi yet every main attraction was easily close by making it the ideal stay for me and my friend. When i ever come back I'm definitely staying here again for sure.

The room is very cute and more and than enough for 2 travellers . The neighborhood is quiet and safe and has plenty of food and coffee options nearby . The inside pictures of the ad resemble the apartment but the outside picture don’t resemble the actual location in the middle of the tight neighborhood.

Do Not Stay Here, any positive reviews are fake! We arrived at 7pm to check in and no one was here to assist us. You call a number from A sheet pinned to the door. The front door does not feel safe at all, the place is so so dirty! Stained sheets, a dead fly on the wall in the kitchen hair on the services and bedside cabinet. Hair on the bathroom floor, managed to find a new place to stay for the following night. Slept in trackie suit bottoms tucked into my socks and a hoodie, scared of what else I would find in the bed. The photos are all AI & no one gets back to you. There are no staff here, all via what’s app no one gets back to you!

Love the area. Actually happy that I was not in the more touristy areas, like the old quarter. Easy places to taxi. Loved exploring the area. The lake is the bomb, and there are any number of eateries, and services, surrounding the lake, and the adjoining streets. Must see.

Great little hotel, bed and pillows were awesome. Nice to have the washer. The bathroom could use a deep clean. Very friendly staff. The location is very hard to find as it is in a alley. Great restaurants, lots of shops. We enjoyed waling around the lake and area.

Wow! One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in (and I travel a lot, both for business and leisure). This new hotel was astonishing! It's been in operation for just 1 year, so everything was shiny and brand new, yet most of the issues reported in other reviews were solved.

Great design

Very nice hotel, quiet area (somewhat remote), well designed - had everything we needed - outside of the old quarter, but closer to the airport for an earlier morning flight. The convenience of the kitchen was very nice - a good value. Strange that the site exterior is not the same building.

We had the absolute best time at this studio. The staff was super welcoming and helpful with our many questions. They went above and beyond to make sure our room was set, laundry done in a timely manner and our breakfast needs were met. The welcome tea and treats were a lovely way to start our stay. It’s also a great location being a 30 minutes walk to the old town. They set our airport transfer professionally. The studio is beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

i don’t want to sound to negative as i love the apartments and have returned before, however this time after arriving at 17.30 nobody was there to greet me and after 2 hours of trying to make contact i had to let myself in so did not sleep well feeling like a burglar, also a lot of work being carried out so noisy 4am delivery of metal poles not very relaxing but i do like the location and the staff (when their) so i can’t be to negative
