Fantastic base for Hanoi. While it is a 30min taxi from the old quarter, it has resort style accom for a family of five. Very good two bedroom suite for family of five. The king bed is spacious and can sleep comfortably 2adults and seven year old. Laundry and kitchenette available. Poolside and gym are a great way to relax unwind from the hectic tourist trail. Staff are very obliging - helpful.

Good place and value for money.

Great place for stopover before moving to other part in the region. Near to any amenities; coffee places, shopping mall and places of interest. Can’t complain when you’ve great staff in the hotel.

Good location.

Arrived early and was able to check in. Process is fast and service is good. Front desk staff is very helpful. Room is clean and housekeeping does a good job maintaining that level of cleanliness every day. Good breakfast spread and service is once again good. Lunch at the cafe and dinner at the rooftop bar is so-so. There are better options away from the hotel that is cheaper and of better quality.
