良いホテルでした。スタップの愛想も良く、快適でした。 少し古く、コンセントがぐらつくものがある（使えはする。） WiFi回線が重くなる時がある。 朝食が同じメニューで飽きる。 等の問題点もありましたが、 それらを差し引いても十分良いホテルと 言えるかと思います。 価格も安いですし、周りに屋台や コンビニ等揃っています。 充分オススメできますよ。

Parkson Hotel - Tip Top Service

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Alle Highlights des Old Quarters lassen sich problemlos erlaufen. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr lecker und konnte sich mit so manchen Streetfoodständen messen. (Insbesondere die Pho) Absolut hervorzuheben ist auch der Service der Mitarbeiter. Bei sämtlichen Anfragen waren sie hilfsbereit. Für den Preis, unschlagbar.

새벽비행기때매 숙박은 아니고 예약한방입니다. 위치도 좋고 그냥 쏘쏘한방입니다. 하노이 건물이 다 그냥 오래되고 그런것같아요 그래서 그냥 그러려니했고, 바닥이랑 이런건 깨끗하진못했어요 샤워부스는 우주선같았네요 ㅋㅋㅋ파란색불빛이 나와서 씼을때 진짜 무서웠어요 ; 진짜 무서웠음 그냥 위치나 이런건 좋았어요! 엄청 추천하진 않지만 Helios Legend Hote보다는 추천합니다

Great location, good value

Great little hotel in the Old Quarter within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff are a delight, very helpful and obliging, always pleasant. Breakfast was a bonus, the usual offering of bread and jams for toast, fruits, and they will prepare your eggs anyway you like them. A fridge in the room was great, and the wifi was very dependable.

An oasis amidst bustle

My friend and i had a lovely stay at the Parkson in our rooms on the seventh and eighth floors. The rooms were perhaps a bit in need of updating, but the bathrooms were large, the shower was completely separate, the rooms were a good size and quite quiet, which was an almost impossible achievement in the lively, chaotic area in which the hotel is located . The breakfast was plentiful and good, with a comfortable area in which to eat it. The staff was always friendly, helpful and professional. Tired room, could be cleaner, great staff

I had the room on the top floor which was huge, but the room was a bit tired looking and could use a refresh, such as new furniture, towels, linens. I also felt the room could be cleaner, especially the bathroom but I find this to be an issue with almost all budget hotels in Vietnam. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator so this is good for those with mobility issues or who don't want to climb stairs (however top floor room does require climbing one flight of stairs).

Could be better

This is not a bad hotel but it could be so much better. Rooms are clean but many towels are in dire need of replacement. Breakfast is limited and tea/coffee stored in jugs that don't keep it hot. No complimentary mineral water. I arrived late evening so had to open a bottle in the fridge. Charge was 300% higher than the same water from local Circle K mini market.

Comfy and we'll positioned

Hotel was in good position to walk to the main tourist attractions. Very smart hotel. Separate shower pod instead of wet room. Twin beds were both doubles! Excellent breakfast included and staff very frindly and helpful with excellent English

Family holiday in Vietnam

Very friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was good offering choices of food (noodles, fried rice, etc) to be cooked for you. Room was cozy, though small, and you get the Vietnam feel on decors so it's good. Only thing that needs attention is the towels provided. They will need to be replaced with newer ones. Location is accessible to the market so if you like shopping this is the place to be.

Excelent Hote with perfect location in Hanoi

Excelent Rooms, personal, services, and location in old town in Hanoi. I hade booked 2 rooms for me and my friend. We were both satisfied. Location is perfect for people who likes see the town by foot. Close to Hanois beat night life area with bars, cafe resturang. Night market, and beautifull park and walking area at lake. Recommended strongly.

Estivemos hospedados dois dias neste hotel, fizemos um cruzeiro em Ha Long Bay de 3 dias e depois ficamos mais um dia para aguardar nosso próximo voo. O que mais se destacou foi que tivemos alguns contra tempos e assim que comunicamos ao staff do hotel foi tudo resolvido muito rápido. Além disso a cortesia, simpatia e presteza dos funcionários foram de alto nível. O que pode ser melhorado é o café da manhã que tem pouca opção e o que é servido deixa a desejar.

Fabulous hotel to stay in Hanoi

We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The hotel looked nice, clean and romantic. Our deluxe room was nice decorated, spacious and extremely clean.The staff were always helpful, friendly and humorous as well.We felt at home and no gap between us. Love this hotel and staff so much and make to return there soon.

Cheap hotel.You pay for what you get

Blood and pubic hairs on our first room. Put in another room big bed but kettle leaked badly at base.Shower filled and over flowed to all bathroom floor. Others said it is the same in their room .we had flight issues and staff would not help at all,having no interest
