「The location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown. The Artistic Retreat was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed using the sauna, which was an added bonus. During one of our walks downtown, we had the pleasure of meeting the owners. It was fascinating to learn about the history of the property and hear about their impressive artistic backgrounds. We highly recommend the Artistic Retreat.」

「The Oreo room was great. It included anything you might need in the kitchen. The hosts were very helpful with any questions we had. The sauna was an added feature that was very relaxing at the end of the day. Location is close to downtown which was a plus.we drove everywhere due to the weather, but you could walk if you wanted. 」

「Great location, beautifully decorated with a nice view. We were able to watch both the 4th of July parade and fireworks from the loft windows, which was a huge plus with seniors in the group so we could still partake but not feel rushed by the stormy weather or heat. Firm beds with comfortable cotton linens. (No polyester sheets was a huge plus for sensitive skin!) Functionality of the small kitchenette for a group of 7 was the only challenge.
