「What a lovely little place for us and our dogs (3 months old and 14 years old). Ellen was so lovely and welcoming and the area allowed for pups to play off-lead. Very private and beautiful. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts who so graciously shared this little slice of Vermont with us! (The attached pic was taken in Bennington the day we checked out, not at the property. I didn’t want to mislead anyone! The actual property is very quiet and peaceful.) 」

「It was perfect for our 4 day stay. There were 5 adults and we managed just fine with one full bath ( & a half bath) a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. It was so close to everything.The property was clean & cozy. We loved the gas stove for heat. The property owner is a great communicator and offers a wonderful property.」

「Great place for 2 couples to relax and enjoy the fall sights.Only problem was the master bedroom bath. The bathtub drain was blocked and took 30 minutes to drain the water. Property owner was unable to get a plumber over the weekend, so I removed the stopper cleaned a lot of hair and waste, replaced the stopper and bathtub drained real good after that. 」

「Wish we had been able to stay longer & enjoy the outdoors. We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament for the weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit or relax outside. It was a great place to wake up to! So much better then a hotel! Will definitely look into for next year!」

「Stayed with my trainer for show at GMHA. Place is lovely and clean, rooms are large, great Wi-Fi so I could do work in evenings. I don’t sleep well away from my own bed normally but the beds are really comfortable and linens and towels soft. I slept great- to my surprise. Also lots of nice places to eat nearby and close to showgrounds. Manager incredibly fast at communicating. Hope it’s available next year- we will be back!」
