This Estate Farmhouse built in the 1700s was the big family farm in the Hanover /Sunday River area. The house boasts 8 inviting bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms designed for comfort. Big hot tub, 2 firepits, Adirondack chairs, privacy, across from the river where eagles fly, 10 minute drive to multiple Sunday River base lodges, with breweries, bars, restaurants, and a 118 acre pond/lake all starting within 5 minutes away, lots of wildlife (with a front yard that turkeys, deer, fox, etc pass through), sledding hill, snowmobile circular track around the property if you bring yours, nearly 4 acres. In the summer watch to see what animals have their young playing in the big front yard (fox and her baby last summer, ground hog and her baby this summer, turkeys, deer, eagles flying across the river). Tons of room for games outside (listing the ones we supply), whiffle ball, outdoor large chess game, hammocks to lounge in, large Connect Four, corn hole, driver golf, bocce, croquet, year round ping pong / beer pong table, we have canoes you can use (use everything at your own risk) etc. and bonfires at night. In the winter a nice sledding hill, ride a snowmobile around the property line, hot tub, bonfires and s’mores. Inside the entertainment continues with TVs, video arcade game, foosball and other games indoors year round.

Guests can make noise or enjoy a peaceful retreat with thoughtful touches like new heating and air conditioning to keep the atmosphere just right. New furniture in the living room and other areas, huge dining table, big kitchen table (plenty of seating).
