Owner agreed to fully refund if VRBO would refund her their portion but did not follow through and ignored subsequent messages from me and VRBO. VRBO confirmed they would refund their portion. We lost 294.40 for travel Sept 29-Oct 1 which was equal to one night stay. She refunded initially one night immediately but never followed through on her word. ”

“We had a wonderful stay in Grates Cove. The house was fantastic, with an amazing view of the cove and well stocked with everything we needed. We were fortunate to have met the neighbor (father of owner), who treated us like royalty. Dave Sr. hooked us up with the most delicious lobster you can imagine. What an experience we had! The experience, the warmth of Dave Sr. and the house itself deserve more than the 5 star rating. Thanks for a great stay. The Rodens”
