“They are not doing a lick of cleaning. Zero nothing no cleaning in the rooms. They might go in and change the sheets and put new towels in. That’s literally all they’re doing. Animal for all over the room piles of it under the bed move the microwave slightly and there’s a huge pile of animal food and fur. A cigar on the countertop that someone smoked. The dresser handle was broken and they just left it on top of the dresser. The curtain is all ripped up yellow and gross. There was soap scum left……
