"My family enjoyed our stay at this rental home. The location was perfect, close to everything, and in a beautiful private community near the main road. We loved the pool, hot tub, and view as well. Any concerns that came up during our stay, the host quickly and kindly responded to. The house sleeps 8, if you sleep 4 in the double bunk beds. The couch is another option for sleeping, but for a family of 6, we felt we needed more bedrooms. I highly recommend this home, for a trip to amazing Sedona!"

"Spring break with teens is a "special" time - to get two teen siblings to agree on a location takes the best negotiating skills. Fortunately we all generally nod our head to Sedona, and then to have a great property like Diamond Resorts Sedona - we made it through five days without one cross word! The pool proximity, the space of the adjoining suites we rented, the views, the access to a great running trail just behind the property, 5 minutes to the supermarket - all a big winner. Definitely...

"The Villa was great!! Excellent location right next to Bell Rock. The room was clean and cozy. Thre are designated parking spots for each villa with the name on the curb. Our fire place did not light when we first arrived, so I texted managment, and Luis came over within 15 mins to fix it. There is no private patio for just this villa, but there is a shared patio which no one but us used. We definitely would stay here again."
