"My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic week staying at the Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa. The staff at the resort made our experience even more wonderful. We’d like to give a special shout-out to the brilliant reception dream team, Tatiana, Christos & Apostolos Giannis, Guest Relations. They were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating—even after our numerous visits to the reception. We enjoyed chatting with them and appreciated their sense of humor. Not forgetting Bledi Dimistris the welcoming porter. We’d like to express our gratitude to Renato & Ale, who tirelessly provided us with drinks despite working during the heatwave. Their smiles, jokes made the experience even better. We also want to thank Luigi and Yiannis for crafting lovely drinks at Senso Bar. Additionally, Fredian from the Greek restaurant was exceptionally attentive during our lunch, the waiters at the Italian restaurant, and Orge, the cart waiter, deserves our appreciation. The entire team at Mayia—the chefs, cleaners & waiters including the lovely ones at the Main restaurant— each and every staff we met contributed to a highly enjoyable stay. They are what makes Mayia the perfect getaway. The hotel design & decor is beautiful done up. We enjoyed everything about it. Our first all inclusive and it did not disappoint. It was a wonderful stay. Overall, Mayia offers an unforgettable experience that combines luxury, relaxation & culinary delights. Book it! You won’t regret it! "

"Mitsis Alila is a beautiful hotel that we keep returning to year after year. From the minute we get out of the taxi, we feel like we are returning to our Greek home & seeing friends & family. Everything about the hotel is outstanding, from the decor, cleanliness, food & entertainment. All members of staff go above & beyond to make sure your holiday is memorable. Special mention to Pantalis for the wonderful service on the beach, Christina in the Ouzeri, Magda & Evie for being so attentive in looking after us & Vitalia in guest relations for promptly & professionally dealing with any requests. Lastly, its always a pleasure seeing George (old) at breakfast & lunch & hearing all about his family & his daughters forthcoming wedding. This is the only hotel we keep returning to year after year & will continue to do so. Massive thanks to all at The Alila & we look forward to seeing you again next year."

"Nice hotel "

"Such a lovely hotel, nothing within walking distance but the old town is 10 minutes away! Also if you order room service there’s a €5 charge per order which I didn’t know! Been there twice now and loved it, so many pool options and the staff are lovely and so is the food x"

"Really enjoyed our stay, the quality of the rooms and housekeeping etc was fantastic, rooms were spotless and turned down twice a day. The food was cooked well and a good range of choices, although often stayed on the safe side. The staff we all pleasant and friendly but with the exception of the spa staff it wasn't knock your socks off service. A slight hiccup with the WiFi when we arrive was dealt with very swiftly and they were always on hand to help with any issues or questions. When we visited it was extremely hot (high 30s-40) and so sitting outside in the evening wasn't always the most pleasant and there wasn't a great deal of choice for chilling out late at night. It feels very well suited for families and perhaps slightly less so for couples. Very enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend the private pool option. "
