The staff were friendly. The hotel is conveniently located.

Very nice and new hotel. Standard Japanese hotel size, with really good breakfast. Convenient location with parking lot nearby and department store right next to hotel. Train/ tram station is right under hotel too.

Onsen hotel with morden decoration, staff are nice and room is very beautiful. Location is convenient and the onsen is very excellent. Will definitely go again.

Although we stayed one night, we can feel their scrupulous and nice service, patient explain.

Easy to find and very valuable in Japan, I will recommend to my friends.

Onsen is nice, there is only a 10 minute walk to the main onsen street
