“The hotel didn´t have hot water throught the stay. They said it was because of the storm but in my opinion they should have fix it the first day. We didn't receive any compensation. Also, I like to have my bed done and they say they clean the room every 3 days, otherwise is a 'refreshment' that is just cleaning the trash bins.”

“I always give this place five stars. It’s conveniently located near the Mayo Clinic, where I receive medical treatment, so I stay here often and it truly feels like a second home. The area is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and both Walmart and Publix are just a short drive away. I especially appreciate having a full kitchen, which makes longer stays much easier and more comfortable. Most importantly, the property is extremely clean every time I visit. Highly recommend!”

“The floor in my room was not mopped,I stayed for 4 nights and during that time my room was not serviced at all during my stay.My trashed was not change,no new sheets on the bed.And toiletrees were not stocked.Floor was not mopped.For the priced I paid, I would imagine that would have a clean and proper stocked amenities in my room.Very disappointed!!!”

“Easy parking, nice enough property, they allowed us to check in 30 minutes early They made us feel welcome but two different times mentioned “oh you have an Expedia reservation” in a way that sounded slightly inadequate ”
