"This is a beautiful, new and modern Hilton. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed at Hilton on Mayo campus for ease of getting to appointment. You can leave your car parked at hotel and the free shuttle takes you right to the door of any Mayo building you need dropped off at. Saves time on looking for parking and walking to building for appointment. They have a bar if you choose to visit. A gorgeous outdoor pool. A wonderful breakfast for an additional cost, if wanting breakfast. Well worth the money. Very extensive offerings of food, all home cooked, not processed. We will be staying here for our next appointment visit. Nice, new, clean, and all beautifully decorated with upscale furnishings. 10/10 for our visit."

"Someone tried to break into my truck. When we informed the hotel we were told there were no video cameras for the exterior. This hotel does not care about personal or property safety. Hotel staff is left on their own when leaving during evening and overnight hours Room was clean, staff was extremely helpful and friendly, but the lack of security is a reason to avoid this hotel"
