“It was cheap and clean, but had issues... The "smart TV" was stupid and didn't work, even after they tried to fix it and then didn't replace it like they said they would. HVAC didn't work. Lucky it was not too cold out. Told owners about the problems, didn't seem to matter. Was not offered any comp to make up for the issues. Would not stay here again.”

“Clean, great location, close to Costco, Safeway, the lake. Would definitely come back.”

“Beautiful location!”

“This place was very clean and very nice inside. The bed was very comfortable I loved it.”

“Very clean and charming. Easy access to lake, resort, downtown and other key attractions. Thank you!”

“Very clean the guest book on the coffee table had clear instructions for check-in and checkout procedures. The air-conditioning was on point and it was very quiet located in a nice neighborhood very much. Enjoyed the stay would stay again.”

“Tons of space in the house. Quiet neighborhood. Had a few things in the kitchen lacking but host was great to help out.”

“Check-in process was a tiny bit frustrating, but all in all, it was a great place to stay! They had everything we needed and it’s in a perfect location!”

“Great getaway location. The home is very nice! Great central location to CDA. Very quiet. Very well appointed. Anything you would need this home has it. All you really need to bring is whatever you want to eat/drink and yourself. Great pet friendly home as well. Will try to book again next time we visit CDA.”

“Ok although a bit pricey for a one night stay ”

“Easy check in process. Comfortable bed. It was really hot the day we stayed, but the AC worked great. Would have liked to have had an ottoman for the sofa, and black out curtains in the bedroom area as the outside lights are bright. Other than that, it was a nice apartment in a convenient location at a reasonable price. Would consider staying again in the future when traveling through the area.”

“Quiet neighborhood and safe”

“My family and I stayed at this lovely place for three nights, and it was wonderful. It is a comfortable, beautiful house with everything you could need, close to shops, restaurants, and Silverwood. We were 5 people, we loved that there was enough space for everyone to sleep, the tv’s, A/C, bathrooms were amazing. We were all very happy we chose to stay here and definitely we will choose this place again.”

“The property was pet friendly but there was not an immediate area that was good for pets to use the restroom. Luckily, there were parks nearby ”

“This was a very family friendly place to stay, it was a last minute booking and the host communicated all the details on check in. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it to cook dinner which was really nice after our long trip was nice to sit down at a table and eat with the family”

“very nice place, great price, good neighborhoods”

“This was a perfect alternative to staying in a hotel. The price was similar but we had a full kitchen and lots of extra space. The host made the space feel homey and inviting. The towels were plush and the beds were super comfortable. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Next time we visit our daughter we will stay again.”

“The rental was great for our family. We especially liked being able to put our vehicle in a garage during our stay and appreciated the host's efforts for alleviating the poor air quality by including an air purifier in the living room. Communication and signage at the property helped with tech and such.”

“My cousin and I had a great stay at this property! It was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the house was comfortable! The location was fantastic, in a beautiful neighborhood, just a few blocks from the lake. I enjoyed hiking on the nearby lakeside trail. There are great restaurants nearby. The owners were friendly, responsive, and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!”

“Place was clean and the lake view was nice. Everything went good.”
