Excellent location for skiing Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands. Place was exceptionally clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Add plus was 2 refrigerators to accomodate 3 couples people's food and beverage. Excellent communication as well.

Five adult men on a ski trip to Nubs Nob…this place is a gem: plenty of beds, shared spaces, game room downstairs and a fully stocked kitchen. It has tons of character and a spectacular view as it is on top of a hill. AWD or 4WD a must in the winter to get up there but the hill is short and easily navigated. Jim was super easy to do business with and our group is all in for going to this place next year…..so close to Nubs and the Highlands

Unique and Gorgeous Cabin on the hill
We were one of the first groups to stay at this new house, and it truly blew all of us away! The setting is absolutely beautiuful and the cabin was unlike anything we had rented before. Everybody loved the feel of the place, from the open living area to playing games in the recreation room downstairs. The beach was close, and it was the perfect home base for our trip. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would love to come here again.

I stayed at Ironwood with my college-bound son for our last trip before taking him to Michigan State University. The house was beautiful. We took day trips to downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey, and at night we sat by the fire pit chatting and stargazing. The whole trip was relaxing for both of us. It was the perfect end of summer vacation. We will be back!
