"This property was perfect for a large family gathering. We had a family reunion with a total of 12 people. There was plenty of room, the house was well stocked with everything we needed, even in the kitchen. Property has lake access, lots of outdoor space and activities and an incredible location!!! Kari was extremely responsive and we had no issues with any part of the process or during our stay. Everyone loved the property and enjoyed our stay there. Hiking and the town of Schroon were nearby, but you won't want to leave the property. :) Will be returning!"

"The house was impeccable. It looked like it was brand new. There was not a spot of dust anywhere. The pine trees surrounding the house and over the driveway dripped sap so when I got home I had to clean it off my car. The house was very well equipped. Our weather was a little cool and damp so we didn't get to enjoy the lake very much but that was not a problem since there were many other activities nearby."

"The five of us—two adults and three teenagers—had a wonderful stay at the Icehouse. The house is located just one house away from Schroon Lake and within easy walking distance. The deck offers beautiful views of the lake, and we especially enjoyed watching the hummingbirds buzzing around throughout the day.The accommodations were very comfortable. My spouse and I stayed in the queen bedroom with the en-suite bathroom, while the three teenage girls shared the king bedroom. We used the spare bedroom primarily to store our belongings. Each bedroom has air conditioning, which kept us comfortable both during the day and overnight.We also appreciated that there were no detectable pet odors anywhere in the home. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are already looking forward to returning next year!"
