「staff are nice」

「Well appointed hotel with lovely views across the Nailsworth valley. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a huge bed. Didn't use the restaurant for dinner, but breakfast is excellent. We have stayed here three times now and have not been disappointed. 」

「The Bell Inn was absolutely lovely. Our room was small but clean, comfortable and charming. But the real star of the stay was the restaurant itself— the food was excellent. The owners, Mark and Sarah, were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here!」

「The staff were absolutely amazing all going above and beyond, the meals were fabulous and beautiful grounds to explore. There are a lot of stairs to navigate and I wish the windows had screens to keep insects out. For some reason my bathroom didn't have a ceiling fan so the room lacked air circulating which will unfortunately create moisture issues - hopefully this will be fixed.」

「Beautiful hotel grounds, staff are extremely friendly, rooms are very clean but a little dated - the bathtub and shower had very obvious signs of wear with cracked tiles, very old and outdated shower taps, stains and scratches on the bottom of the tub. The provided toiletries gels were a lovely quality (The White Company) and the view from the room was so gorgeous. The stay was quiet and we barely heard other guests or noise from outside. We would have liked a bigger bed for the room rate,...
