“Loved this little boutique hotel in Patan, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for the must-sees in Patan and the breakfast was amazing! There are no catering facilities on site but breakfast is included with the cost of the room and is taken at a fabulous cafe about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is small but the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated in the heritage style.”

“The Everest Hotel staff made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for throughout my stay.. Everyone is super helpful and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are great and it was particularly lovely to you have a comfortable bed and a hot shower after trekking. I also loved the gym, pool and restaurant and the food was wonderful. There are many choices for different nationality foods on the menu. I loved everything I tried There is also a spa so I booked a massage on my last day. I hope to……

La chambre spacieuse est très propre et joliment décorée. La salle de bain avec eau chaude à volonté. Petit déjeuner excellent. Il y a egalement un balcon avec une jolie vue. Le tout se situe à 2 pas du centre historique de Patan. Bref un coup de coeur.”

“The personnel were all so warm, even the owner who happen to be welcoming and doing some short talks with the guests. We enjoyed our stay so much even if it was just overnight. Felt like home. We had dinner (ala carte) and breakfast (buffet style) and both were satisfying. ”

“数日前に予約したのに、それをスタッフが確認しておらず、着いたら1部屋しか用意してもらえなかった。信用出来ないので、次の日に新しい宿を探すことにし、2泊だけ泊まることにした。しかし、次の日も、アパートメントなのに、冷蔵庫もグラスも鍋も皿もゴミ箱もなく、キッチンと空の棚だけがあり、なんの意味もない。挙げ句の果てに、朝食を8時に頼んだが、8時20分になっても来ないので、受付に降りてゆくと、忙しかったけど今からやりますとのこと。来たのは8時40分。その食べたあとの皿は、夕方部屋に帰ってもテーブルの上に置いたまま。勿論、シーツもタオルもそのまま。追加のタオルを頼むと、無いとのこと。スタッフ全員がバイトみたいな若者で、英語も通じにくい、、、。ネパールでこの価格帯で合計200泊ぐらいしてますが、ここまで酷いのは、初めてです。 ”

“Totale misleiding! Hotel was niet op de plek waar het zou moeten zijn in Kathmandu. Bij uitstappen uit de bus van Chitwan naar Kathmandu (centrum) bleek in Kathmandu alleen een Office te zijn. Het hotel zou nog 3 uur met de taxi zijn! Doel was juist om in Kathmandu te overnachten om de volgende dag vandaar uit te vliegen. Ter plekke ander hotel moeten regelen en veel irritatie.
