"The weather was lovely averaging on 22 degrees everyday (30th Dec to 5th Jan 2024). The apartment was lovely and very clean. We had a lovely sea view. The grounds are kept nice and clean. The beach is about an 8 minute walk away. The only negative I have is that our room wasn’t ready from 2pm like stated. I would definitely return for another stay! Great value for money. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel. We were on a half board basis but everything was provided in the kitchen if self catering. Bungalow was lovely and right by the bottom pool. "My husband and I have just spent a wonderful 5 nights at Secrets Lanzarote. We opted to upgrade to Preferred Club (which I would recommend). We initially stayed in a double room but were very fortunate to be upgraded on our second day to a junior suite. Both rooms were lovely and not too much difference between them. The staff there are wonderful, extremely attentive, polite and friendly. The food was excellent and drinks included the premium spirits as part of the all inclusive package. The hotel is easy walking distance from the port where you'll find a range of good restaurants (Mumbai Masala was amazing!) and a water taxi to Puerto Del Carmen. It's a very quiet area, perfect for a relaxing holiday but you may find it too quiet if you prefer a bit of bustle and night life. There are cats who live at the hotel. They're very friendly if you interact with them but otherwise leave you alone. They are well looked after. Overall a fantastic holiday and we can see why people return time and time again. "
