「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「Property management needs to make sure at least every once in a while the room gets a real deep clean. Room is almost complete carpet and carpet needs deep clean to insure it is cleaned. Also property management needs to get exterminators and deep clean with rodent spray or something. There were a few dead insects in some places and first night of stay there was a roach just on the wall had to kill it」

「I stayed for two nights over July 4 and thought the hotel was a really good find. On the Delaware River, next to a park, apartment style rooms, on site parking. i would stay here again. It is listed as part of a casino but that isnt on site and a shuttle can take you there on request. Apparently the property didn't allow kids but it does now. That hasnt caught on yet and my stay was quiet and peaceful. I thought I had purchased a park view room but was placed in a room with no way to see out...

「We only stayed a weekend, but with how clean and spacious we wish we stayed longer. There were extra everything in the closet. The shower was awesome. The place was nice and cozy. 「We booked this spot last-minute during an unexpected overnight layover in Philly and were so glad we did. The location in Old City was perfect—super walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday.
