“On my first attempt at the presidential family hotel, the staff were very enthusiastic, treating everyone like a distinguished guest. A small incident particularly impressed me. I was taking a shower at the time. I guessed it was the cleaner knocking on the door, which made it very inconvenient for me to open. About 15 minutes later, the room phone rang to confirm whether I was fine. I find it very considerate; they are considering their customers' safety. This is also a rare hotel in Las Vegas……

“Shower was broken and needed to be fixed”
