「Great location and nice home.」

「No response from the host, no check in instructions. Got to Houston and had to go to hotel due to lack of communication. VRBO refunded my stay and then I got an email that I was denied due to age restrictions. I’m 31 years old and did not see a rule which stated I have to be over the age of 31. Would stay away until host is more active. Phone number straight to voicemail and address on booking did not match neighborhood/or recent Zillow postings. This felt fishy. 」

「Property is located near a busy road with power lines in the backyard. It was also a hazard to walk in the backyard due to several holes. Some baisc necessities were lacking like, bottle and can opener, dishwashing liquid and trash bags. The shampoo and soap provided were not a personal size but regular sized products that were used by other guests previously. We had to search for the bath tissue, and paper towel. There was only one key provided. There was no trashcan outside to store trash...

「The house was nice. Very spacious. The only problem was the knob to the shower was very hard to turn on & off in the master bedroom, and the dogs kept barking all day long. Really couldn’t hear it that much while inside but sitting outside in the back & every time we came outside was a little annoying but dogs will be dogs so it is what it is. Overall it was a good experience & we had a great time!」
