Overall a great place for duck and geese hunters. The sofas in the great room are uncomfortable.

Overall very nice
We enjoyed our stay, I would have given a five star but getting our bags in the door was inconvenient. It was very quiet and close to dining. We also went to the Lounge next door to enjoy a drink and some relaxing music.

The house was just as pictured with a nice privacy fence. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed.
