"The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle."

"This place is great, however my husband is a disabled veteran and unfortunately this place is on the second floor with a long steep stairway which made coming and going quite difficult. No where in the listing does it state that, the title Holland Lofts might be a clue but not really. It’s worthy of 5 Stars but that needs to be disclosed and in the listing itself. We likely would not have booked had we known however I do recommend this place highly, unless you are disabled and have difficulty...
