Lake St Clair Boathouse

Hot tub is hot and open year round! Including winter!

Cozy canal home on beautiful Lake St. Clair! Keep your boat(s) or jet ski's out of the elements in the huge covered boathouse (27' & 25') or on the 60 foot seawall (with electricity and water!). Park your trucks and trailers on site! Located just around the corner from Lake St. Clair Metro Park.

Relax in the BRAND NEW hot tub or dual rainfall shower after a long day of fishing! Light a fire next to the water and enjoy some s'mores!

Vacant fenced lot next door is available for extra parking and guest use but is considered a shared space and common area as the host stores recreation vehicles (RV, boat, jet skis) on the property, host comes and goes often. The boathouse is also available for guests to use and keep their vessels out of the elements but is also a shared space, please request ahead if both spaces in boathouse are needed!

Great stay

The boathouse made this place just perfect for our fall fishing trip.. The house was very clean and just enough room for four big guys.. The host was super quick to respond to our questions… We will definitely book again.

Fishing Haven

Our 2-night stay was great. The boathouse came in handy because the first evening a line of storms came through and we had the perfect place to keep our boat out of the elements.

Definitely would return

Owner was very friendly and responsive. The house was really nice, like a recent update of the bathroom, and everything was super clean. Having a hot tub right outside was great for a chilly November weekend. Would definitely stay here again, be great to check it out in a warmer month when we can get on the water!

Great Escape

We were looking for a little escape from the hustle and stress of every day life. This was the perfect place! A short trip down the canal and you were on the lake. If you didn't catch anything on the lake for some reason, no problem, just fish the canal and catch a few bass. Boat house is a huge bonus especially since it rained one night and kept the boat dry. The home is lovely and just the right size. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Bathroom is very nice, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Nice patio and hot tub to enjoy. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for our family visiting Detroit for the first time. Close enough to the city and also allowed us to explore some of the greater Detroit areas.

House was in great shape, perfect for our annual lake saint claire fishing trip (4 guys). The boat garage was great for storing the boat overnight and out of the elements. We'll definitely be back. Jamieson was quick to answer all my questions. My only negative comment is Carlo's pizza should be removed from the suggested pizza spots in the convenient binder. It's listed as a personal favorite however we had to wait over 2.5 hours for a pizza delivery.
