「We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. 」

「We booked this hotel to be near Emma Bridgewater and had never stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn before. We were delighted with the room - larger and much lighter than Premier Inn rooms, larger bathroom, good quality toiletries and very friendly staff. Will definitely look out for this chain in preference to Premier Inns in future! 」

「So i suppose the price for a night isnt bad, but when youre expecting a whole apartment aslisted and there are others there, its not so great. Stood outside door for 20mins. Not easy to get key via access code( no email before) 2 towels for 3 people, 1 was damp, 1 had a brown 'stain' on it. Bedding old and worn. Headboards dubiously stained!!!!」

「Duds a full refit plaster coming off walls wires coming out of walls room was not ready when arrived ask to look at rooms they where in clean then they asked to come back in a hour as they got a family room ready for us so left and when somewhere else!!!! Should not bee open or a be advertised 」
