“My partner and I took a trip to New York City to celebrate my birthday. This was a great place to stay due to the cost being a third of the price of a hotel in Manhattan. It was a 40 minute commute to Manhattan, but went by quick since you just get on a bus and a train and relax while you travel.
We felt like we were on top of the world, staying in the third floor of this home. But do be conscious walking up the wooden floors late at night as they are noisy and you don’t want to wake up the 2……

“Overall this was a great property. Very clean and well decorated. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of space. Downfalls would be not much around within walking distance for food. Plus there was an extremely strong pot smell in the master bedroom. We think it was coming from the unit next door. Host was great to work with and was very prompt with communication. ”

“Had a pleasant stay at this property to celebrate my daughters birthday. Check in was a breeze and being able to check in early after traveling with an infant for hours was such a relief. “It was a bad decision! The place is located in a poor neighborhood, and it is unsafe without parking. The bathroom is terrible. The mattress has expired for a long! heat/AC is a surprise.
Just don't go. Really! Pay more and go to a better place. This one is too expensive for what you get.”

“Place was everything we needed. Very clean, loved the decor and comfortable beds. Very close to a variety of restaurants and shops (walking distance and by car), and the PATH station to get to NYC just a few blocks away. Loved that we had a reserved parking space so we did not need to look for street parking. The "LA Pizza" restaurant around the corner had awesome food, which our family enjoyed after a long day visiting the city. We had no issues during our stay and will definitely be back. ”

“This studio apartment was exactly as described and pictured. The host provided great amenities—plentiful pantry items, shampoo and body wash, a clothes steamer, as well as an iron and ironing board. There was even a yoga mat and umbrella, which came in handy since I left mine at home. We had access to the building's fitness center, which included a workout room, yoga studio, and spa. "I reserved a king bed room but they didn't reserved. they put me in a double bed room and requested me to keep the room clean until they call me and then made me stay tidy for 1 hour and never came back.
I waited until 12AM and called them back at and someone pretended to say sorry but was not sorry at all and hang me up saying she has more important work to do. I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was no manager working on site. Its trash management shamed and harmed the Hilton's brand."
