「The house overall was good. The upkeep could have been a lot better. There are a few boards on the floor that are coming up. There is a brick that is loose in the family room. In the hallway bathroom, the rack on the wall is broken(a screw is missing) It did feel like the house(inside and outside) was not professionally cleaned in awhile. We came across a few spider webs and spiders in a few corners of the house. We couldn't really enjoy the outside scenery because there were spider webs...

「Check-in time of 4pm is unacceptable, especially with check-out time of 10am. Paying for two nights and not receiving the full 48 hours is an issue. The national park was closed the duration of my trip, which was unfortunate. This cottage is nice for a couple's retreat if you're doing wine tasting tours. 」

Upon arriving the deadbolt which is controlled by a key pad unlocked however, the doorknob was also locked. 「Great home for our stay. It's an older home but updated and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of extra towels for the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. We did use the Murphy bed which was also reasonably comfortable and had extra sheets / blankets / pillows. Would definitely stay here again when we're in the area. Excellent communication from the host.」
