Second floor apartment in historic 1895 row home. This freshly painted and furnished apartment is huge at 1000 sq ft!

Two bedrooms, one full bath, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher.

Great for business travelers! Quiet, safe neighborhood close to downtown and major companies.

Free parking and laundry.

This second floor apartment has large windows in the huge living room with great afternoon light.

Original victorian features, including a functional fireplace transformed into a modern open layout.

Two bedrooms at the rear offer great privacy and morning sunlight.

This is a second floor walk-up apartment in a 3 unit building. There are full time tenants in the units above and below. Very quiet and safe building.

Two resident parking passes for on-street parking, as well as one parking space reserved in the rear of the building.

Great place to bring family and extend stay.

I just stayed the summer for a training and brought my little one. This location was perfect because it was very close to two parks and its up the block from great eatery's and shops. Easy access to freeway and close to downtown. Greg answered any questions I had. I would stay again if available for next summer.
