  • This custom-built tiny house is on a two-acre forested lot, is partially powered by solar energy, and includes a car charger. The property is less than 2 miles from Quechee Village and Simon Pearce and an easy day trip to major ski resorts and hiking trails at Killington, Saskadena Six, Okemo, Ascutney, etc. Also nearby is the world-class dining and shopping in Woodstock, VT and Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH.

    The house is equipped with all modern home amenities, including a gas range, a dishwasher, a microwave, a combo washer/dryer and a dual unit mini-split heat pump system. The property includes a firepit and a large 13x13 deck suspended from the maple trees in the hill overlooking the property for a spectacular view of the tree canopy, as well as a western red cedar hot tub.

The property was as described. The only recommendation would be to put a shade in the bathroom. The hot tub was wonderful!!! We really enjoyed our stay. It is very close to Woodstock and other restaurants/shopping.

We loved our stay. The house was cozy and fun to stay in with our 9-year old son and dog. The hot tub was relaxing (and especially magically during the light snow). The location is also great — close to all the places we wanted to visit in Woodstock, Windsor, Norwich, and Quechee.

Second stay at this tiny home. We love the cozy feel and the beautiful cabin in the woods location surrounded by tall pines. Arturo was a wonderful responsive host for both of our visits.

The property was gorgeous and made for a very nice getaway! The hot tub was great and it was very peaceful. There were also plenty of dishes, utensils, laundry detergent, and other stuff to help us through our stay. There was an issue with the house not being very clean upon arrival, which was a a pain and required us to clean up quite a bit. However, Arturo and John were very responsive and helped make it right. Would stay again!

Swann’s Way may be my favorite rental place I’ve been to yet. The hosts, Arturo and John, were extremely accommodating, even going as far as to leave a bottle of local maple syrup! The tiny home is beautifully designed and impeccably clean. My favorite aspect by far was the hot tub which is tucked just behind the home amongst the trees. It was so relaxing to be able to go for a warm soak under the stars (though be warned we did hear a pack of coyotes). I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend getaway!

Great escape

Really enjoyed the escape to some peace and quiet with the family. This was a great spot to unwind, but still close to restaurants, brewery, shops, trails, and anything you need. I highly recommend this spot!

Superb getaway location!

The hosts were extremely gracious and thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Check in and check out was super easy. The hotub was so relaxing and the entire property was amazing. Hope to be back soon!

modern cabin cute as a button

I highly recommend this place if youre ever in the area. It was a perfect retreat just outside of Woodstock. I was able to meet up with friends and family and its a really nice private set-up, easily accessible from the main road. The hosts are easy to get a hold of. 100% would stay here again!

Quechee Trip

Great tiny home in a great location! The house itself is very well appointed and the hosts were great. They even left a little welcome bag of local products!! Just a few minutes drive to Quechee Gorge, Woodstock, and White River Junction. Plenty of trails and places to explore. Good restaurants and a lot of cool antique shops. Perfect mix of relaxation and fun.

We had an incredible stay at this amazing tiny house nestled in the perfect setting. Arturo was exceptionally accessible and responsive throughout our stay, ensuring everything was perfect. Cozy tiny house stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the tiny house! It is a great location just a 15 minute drive from downtown Woodstock. The added features of the hot tub, fire pit, and deck with string lights make this place stand out. The owners provided a nice welcome gift and a great guide to the area. Highly recommend staying here!
