The basic cabin had a very small and basic washroom, but the price per night reflected that. Overall a great option for a basic and affordable stay. Kitchen was well equipped and heating was good.

Room was dirty as soon as we walked in took our shoes off our socks were black the bath had spider webs all over mold and just dirt all over towels were filled with dirt and crumbs had to go buy some the sheets were dirty and crumby suspecting bed begs since we woke up with little bumps and being itchy

Unsecure parking. My car was damaged in the parking. No camaras around. No lights. Cabin condition is deteriorated - drafty windows, uneven floor, worn furniture.

I've never left a bad review on anything before, but felt i should warn anyone thinking of staying here. This place was nasty! First of all it was freezing cold, even with the heating on full blast, as there was a big gap in the front door letting the -20 degree weather in. The place was run down, lots of damage, broken tiles etc. But the worst part was the dirt. The room/chalet was filthy, especially the bathroom, previous occupants hairs in the bath & sink, absolutely gross! Also the couple staying in the chalet next to us had their car badly damaged overnight, and the parking lot had no working cctv to help them see who done it. Just an all-round awful place to stay.

VERY rustic, which I like. Kitchen didn’t have all the utensils we needed but I get it, people steal stuff. I’ll be better prepared the next time. My only point of improvement is that if check-in time begins at 4 PM, then there should be staff on hand to receive us. I shouldn’t have to make a long distance call to ask someone to come to the office and then wait about 15 min for them to arrive. Other folks were wanting to check in, too. Also, the dog that was chained up (on a short leash) in the office had no water available. We’ll probably give them one more try before we decide if this might become a regular stop for us. I like how rustic it was.

​We had a wonderful two-night stay at Rundle Chalets. The cabin was incredibly cozy and provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. There’s something so special about waking up surrounded by the mountains. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We’re already planning our next visit!
