Close to the town center, this comfortable apartment includes one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), closets, and a TV. It also features a living/dining room with a sofa bed, armchair, and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator/freezer), and a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. There is a terrace and a private parking space. Shops are nearby.

No internet access.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is taken at the end of each stay (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
