"Our room was clean and comfortable and staff helpful, but the room layout was badly planned. You could not see the television from the sofa area. There was no shower screen so we had to have a bath but the soap dispenser fixed to the wall was too far away to reach when seated in the bath."

"Located right above Leuven Central station. They let me check in early around noon. AC was working and I turned it on during the night as it can get stuffy. The bedding was quite clean and they provided sufficient towels. The toilet had someone else's hair but was otherwise clean. "

"The WiFi is not good. I had to use my phone to create a hotspot. I didn't have a room that was very far out in the hotel, so was very surprised by this. I have stayed here several times and it has happened before. "

Room was clean with good size bed, bathroom was great with big walk in shower. Fridge, but no tea making facilities. Good variety of food for breakfast."
