“Staff asked us to pay $170 MAD city tax when we checked out in hurry. We subsequently realised we had already paid that at the time of booking. In short, staff asked us to double pay what we have already paid. That’s not right. :(”

“Great option for anyone visiting Rabat. The rooms are in excellent condition, the Wifi is fast, kitchens are nice and the staff very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend, My City is great value for money. ”
“We appreciate big helps from the owner of this riad. One of us got sick and had a fever. The owner gave us a favor to purchase medicines and provided a lot of heated water and teas to us. This riad was decorated with classical Islamic sculptures and furnitures. Each bed was equipped with electric heating blanket which made our sleeping very comfortable. Don't miss rooftop terrace with stunning sunset and medina view.”
“Le staff de l’hotel ainsi que du restaurant est fantastique, serviable, aimable et tres professionnel. La suite aurait besoin de renovation mais jai appris a mon depart que des plans pour cette action sont prets dans un futur tres proche. Tant mieux parce que je reviendrais!

“J'ai rarement vu un hôtel avec des personnes aussi dispoinbles et accueillantes. J'ai un problème familial grave et ils étaient tous à mon écoute et très arrangeants. On a le sentiment d'être en famille. Les espaces sont très agréables.”
