“I had a very disappointing experience at Eurostars Casa Anfa.
I made a reservation in advance through a well-known booking platform and received confirmation prior to arrival. After a long international flight, we arrived at the hotel expecting a smooth check-in. Instead, we were informed that our reservation could not be honored because we did not have a marriage certificate to prove we are married.
This requirement was never clearly stated on the hotel’s website or during the booking……

“The check in time is quite late, can only check in on 3PM.
House is big but the living room is very small, can only fit in one bed. Not very comfortable staying in the living room. Also the mattress is not very comfortable.
The breakfast is just giving us one small bag with a bread, a yogurt and some snacks. We didn’t eat.
They don’t clean the room every day, they said they clean it every 2 days, but the third day they still not clean the room until we called them.

“Not many restaurants near the hotel. We had our dinner in the hotel due to the lack of choice. It was a buffet but the taste of food was really bad and the types of food were limited .
