We stayed here for the long weekend in May. Lovely Hotel, restaurant and bar. Staff were kind, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. I would love to stay here again & I recommend.

Nice hotel full of charm in the centre of Hasselt

-Nice hotel, full of charm in the centre of Hasselt -the patio (inside garden) with restaurant: very nice -parking close to the hotel with large spaces, but payable (15 EUR/day) -the hotel is in an old historical building, but with modern decoration inside; functional A/C Neg points: -can be noisy since it's in the pedestrian area, and it's next to the "Beer point" pub.

Ein sehr gemütliches, nettes Hotel. Leider hatte die zentrale Lage im Gastronomie-Viertel zur Folge, dass es am Wochenende bei Sommerwetter bis jeweils 4 Uhr morgens unsäglich laut war, trotz geschlossener Fenster.

Mooie tuin en erg goed restaurant. Ook de vriendelijkheid van het personeel is opvallend en fijn. Het ‘binnen klimaat’ echter is wel een behoorlijk probleem; bijna overal is het benauwd en zelfs bedompt…. en dat leidt enorm af. Ook de kwaliteit van het bed was bedroevend. Nét te krap, nét te zacht……. een topper toevoegen zou misschien heel veel veranderen!

Super gezellig hotel

Aangenaam verrast over de kamer!ruim met mooie douche!overheerlijk ontbijt in een mooie setting.heel vriendelijk onthaal en ook aan de ontbijttafel!één minpuntje veel straatlawaai,maar dat weet je als je in hartje Hasselt logeert!wij komen zeker terug!

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Dieses Hotel insbesondere das Zimmer Nr. 13 ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen!! Das Hotel befindet sich mitten auf der Partymile von Hasselt, wo am WE die ganze Nacht durchgehend, Parylärm ist! Ich habe kein Auge zugetan.

Prima overnachting maar niet voor langer

Bed heeft geen hoofdbord en werkt dus niet fijn, laat staan tv kijken vanuit bed. Erg luidruchtig maar wel middenin de stad dus is ook te verwachten. Parking erg moeilijk te vinden. Erg aardige mensen.

Alles in orde, volledig en lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, top gelegen. Kleine puntjes van kritiek: geen licht vlakbij de badkamerspiegel. Vuile voegen van de badkamertegels, maar gezien de aard ervan (klein en fijn) onvermijdelijk. Geen probleem, maar jammer.

Matig verblijf

Via de boekingssite geen waarschuwing dat de parking betalend was. 5x vastgereden in de stad zelf omdat we de parking niet vonden. Uiteindelijk bleek dat we een code moesten ontvangen om de poort te openen maar deze hebben we nooit ontvangen. Onthaal was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers waren praktisch ingedeeld, zeer schoon en een goed bed. Wij sliepen aan een straat waar glasbakken stonden. Tot middernacht veel lawaai van feestende jongeren op straat (weekdag) daarna werden de glas en vuilnisbakken klaargezet dus om 3u weer wakker. Om 7u ophaling dus echt wel een rumoerige omgeving. Ook in het hotel zelf hoor je enorm veel. Meisjes aan het ontbijt waren vriendelijk maar ze hadden problemen met de stroom waardoor alles koud was. Prachtige tuin om in buiten te zitten bij goed weer! Ook een prachtig gebouw. Wij zouden jammergenoeg niet opnieuw boeken.

Het in inchecken ging goed. Er hing een onaangename geur in de kamer, ik denk een probleem met de afloop. Het ontbijt wordt niet op tijd bijgevuld en tafels blijven te lang niet afgeruimd staan. Personeel was onderbemand en daardoor niet vriendelijk.

We hadden 4 kamers geboekt waarvan 2 kamers ruim waren en 2 klein. Niet alle kamers konden voldoende verwarmd worden, de ventilatie werkte jammergenoeg niet overal wat na het douchen voor vochtigheid zorgt. We hadden een ietwat hogere verewachting van de kwaliteit van de kamer. Geen klachten over de vriendelijkheid van het personeel!
