"First class guest house. The hosts, Karen & Malcolm, and their staff member were terrifically hospitable and convivial. My double room - designated G was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Every need seemed to have been catered for, including mini-bar / fridge / snacks etc. Tea / coffee etc. Dressing gowns if required and luxurious toiletries. "The Apollo was a 2 minute walk from train station and buses. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. My room (5) was clean and bed very comfortable. Plenty of Tea, coffee and milk in room. Also a lovely touch was the biscuits, cartons of juices and bottled water. I would recommend the Apollo."

"I had a great stay with my wife, kid and dog. Beautifully furnished in antique furniture, modern kitchen and excellent balcony to enjoy a morning coffee in. Right in the middle of Old Town, you are a quick walk away from everything, really.We loved our stay."

"We had the most wonderful weekend at this lovely place. The cottage has everything you need with lovely outdoor areas to relax and watch the wildlife. Chris and Erick were great hosts who were very welcoming. Chocolate cake,fruit bowl,biscuits and milk were a lovely touch as an arrival package. What can i say about the grounds STUNNING! The pool and jacuzzi was perfect after a long day treading around historical sites for our little girl. Super

"The house is situated in the perfect spot with everything you need provided. Right by the sea and George Street with restaurants bars ice cream and coffee a stones throw away. Communication from Adriana was excellent. Toiletries provided and games room in the basement.thank you "

"The property is a beautiful old house with high ceilings and stunning views of the area around it. Set off on a very quiet road. The house is well maintained and had all the amenities that we needed. Also a lovely touch of a bottle of bubbles as we were staying over New Years Eve. The only thing we didn't realise when booking that the third bathroom is a bath tub in the top floor room as appose to an actual bathroom/ ensuite, but that was maybe down to us not checking the listing...

"Lovely cottage on beautiful farm in idyllic countryside. Very welcoming host, very comfortable and well equipped accommodation; incredibly quiet at night; walking trails galore, seaside close by, nearby ‘farm store’ for provisioning. Highly recommend!"
