“Lovely property. We gathered for a family Christmas, four separate families with kids ranging from 7-15. The home is spacious and had plenty of room to meet our needs. There is so much space!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we could need. We loved the retro decor and it was neat to have the Christmas decorations for our celebration. Host was very communicative. Overall a great stay for us. Highly recommend!”

“This is absolutely not an accurate listing. Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning. “The property was nice and modern looking, and decorated nicely. The location by the lake was awesome and it is also close to Grand Rapids itself so you are nevee too far from fun activities! The hot tub for this rental was down, but we were allowed to use the hot tub by the other unit which was very nice, however it was not very private. Also be aware that the listing says "private hot tub", but it is actually shared with nearby units and not exclusive to your party. When trying to clear this up……
