“Our stay at Shinjuku16 was great. Online checkin was easy and the host provided the key codes to get into the main building and room in advance of our arrival. The accommodation was well sized with all the necessary amenities provided. “We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. Each floor also has a washer/dryer and projector screen. Very spacious! It was also very clean, including the outdoor spaces. Check in and check out were a breeze. The quiet location was great.
