“本人沒有入住過，到酒店的時候沒有人在，只貼左張紙係窗口，話會發一個電郵給你，本人從來未有收過有關密碼的電郵還有嘗試多次致電，但一直冇人接聽，從而令到本人嘅旅程受阻，本人感到十分憤怒。”

“We really appreciated early check in. We were able to check in at 1pm rather than 5pm. Remote check in and out. There were welcome gifts including bottled water for each person for each day of our stay, plus some chips and snacks. That was a lovely touch. The host is very quick to respond. The apartment is close to the train station and only 10 mins from Haneda Airport. We stayed here as we had an early flight out at 6.55 am. However, this was too early for us to catch the train so we ended up……

“Great location if you’re staying near Haneda airport. About a 10 minute walk to Kojiya Station. From there it’s about 30 minutes to Tokyo tower. The owners provided great instructions to find the apartment and recommendations for food that were within walking distance. Overall a great experience and worth the money. The listing says that it can sleep 8. Two of the double’s were in one room. I recommend for groups 5-7. If you have a bad back and hip like I do be mindful of the couch……
